Having tried a fair few “natural” deodorants, Erica Brooke’s unscented deodorant creme has been the most effective for me thus far. You will still sweat as it’s not exactly an anti-perspirant but it will keep the odour away. I’ve used this on long days out in the heat and whilst playing hours of basketball and it’s definitely served me well. Particularly impressed by the fact that I can barely smell any underarm odour after a long game of basketball. I haven’t experienced any irritation or allergic reactions from using this creme deodorant and it doesn’t leave any marks on clothes.
Ingredients: Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Sodium Bicarbonate, Arrowroot, Natural Tocopherol (Vitamin E)
This small jar has lasted for a little over 4 months and it’s almost out. It comes at a cost of $15.00 and is available from Shop Naturally, an Australian website.
If you’re after a natural deodorant alternative, look no further. There are also scented versions available.
For the cooler summer days and nights. Pair with shorts and a plain white or light-coloured tee. Chino shorts in various colours from navy, light brown to khaki; or jean shorts in a light wash would look great with this cardigan. The cardigan looks better in person so I’d recommend you visit your nearest Uniqlo store rather than buying it online.
As part of their Father’s Day sale, UNIQLO has reduced prices on a wide range of items including polo shirts, cardigans, merino sweaters, as well as some items from their HEATTECH range. For the full Father’s Day sale range, click the link below:
The sale ends THIS midnight (August 30), so be quick.
I highly recommend checking out their range of merino sweaters in either crew neck or v-neck. Good quality sweaters, not to mention a great assortment of colours. Would make for a fine addition to your wardrobe.
UNIQLO’s Extra Fine Merino Sweaters are on sale at $29.90, reduced from $49.90
Briefly checked out the Vans Concept store at the Galeries in Sydney while I was in the city a few days ago. Saw these shoes on display and thought they were pretty sweet and swagalicious. They were only recently released this month and I haven’t been able to find them available at any other local shoe store online. If you’re interested in these shoes, you’ll have a good chance of finding them at your nearest Vans store. I will update this post once I manage to find an online store that stocks these shoes.
I also wasn’t able to note down the price on these shoes (silly me), so you’ll have to pop by the store for that too.
